River Fire Update

With the River Fire continuing to burn and over  1,500 structures now potentially compromised, staying up to date is critical. Only 10% contained, the fire is wreaking havoc on residents with evacuations underway for some.

Starting Thursday, the Monterey County Health Officer will require residents to wear face-coverings when going out into the public to perform essential activities to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

“As the COVID-19 pandemic progresses, we are continuously reassessing our policies and procedures to protect Monterey County residents.
